The JuniorBus Kft. (2117 Isaszeg, Április 6. u. 51.) as schoolbus service (hereinafter: JuniorBus) undertakes:
- Every school-day (according to the school-calendar) morning JuniorBus carries Student from home to the campus of British International School by the time required by the school and transports Student home in the afternoon at school-dismissal at the regular time or after after-school activities (CCA). Please note that prior consultation with the school bus coordinator is required in the case of transportation home after after-school activities (CCA), as we provide transportation with a reduced number of routes and in reduced zones. We are unable to provide service to remote areas.
- Inseparable part of present contract is the attached application form. Client takes responsibility of the information supplied being correct. In case of changes in any of the data given in the application form, it is Client’s obligation to notify JuniorBus on it.
- JuniorBus operates buses maintained in good condition both mechanically and cosmetically. The vehicles are equipped with seatbelts and winter tyres and carry identifying numbers on their windshields. While in operation, all vehicles are in phone connection with the school bus co-ordinator.
- In order to provide an even safer service, in accordance with the request of the British International School, CCTV will be in operation in the passenger area of every bus during the entire journey time of the transport to school in the morning and to home in the afternoon.
We can ensure the storage of video recordings for a maximum of 7 days, we do not share the stored recordings with third parties. In the absence of any incidents, the recordings will be automatically deleted after 7 days.
These recordings can only and exclusively be viewed by school representatives and JuniorBus representatives after consultation with the school in justified cases – for the notification of the student participating in the trip, for parental notification, for the analysis of potentially problematic cases. - JuniorBus’s drivers have appropriate driving licence and are experienced, with no driving convictions in the past 5 year period.
- JuniorBus provides transportation service in accordance with all Hungarian laws and regulations, including 49/2001 KÖVIM decree.
- JuniorBus designate a co-ordinator whose responsibility include organizing and supervising the school bus service i.e.
– planning the best routes
– supervising all arrivals and departures in the afternoon
– keeping in touch with parents and school
– being available by phone during the service - The prices of the service can be found on the list. Invoices are to be paid prior to the service. Bank transfer should be made to the bank account indicated on the invoice.
- JuniorBus requests Client to clear off the invoice in case of delay, but can suspend transportation, if payment is delayed more than 14 days. Client is obliged to pay the sum indicated on the invoice.
In case Student leaves school before the end of term, a refund will be given by JuniorBus from the annual payment, based on the remaining schooldays, for which an administration fee of HUF 20.000+VAT is charged, which is deducted from the amount to be refunded. - JuniorBus is obliged to notify Client, of any changes in pick-up times, routes, in the co-ordinator’s person and phone number.
- Client is obliged to give the name and phone number of the available person (contact person) during morning and afternoon service.
Client is obliged to notify JuniorBus relating to the transporation of Student, in case of changes in the address, phone numbers and contact person in advance. - The contract will be valid with the completion and sending of the Application form and with the confirmation of JuniorBus and the contracting parties bind themselves to the obligations of the contract.
- Client has read and understood the safety regulations, agrees with it and bind himself/herself to inform the Student thereabout and participating in keeping it. Client agrees that if the Student’s behavior does not comply with the attached safety regulations, the Student will be suspended either temporarily or permanently from the use of the service.
- This contract shall be governed by and shall be constructed in accordance with the Hungarian law. All disputes between the Parties will be discussed between them in good faith in order to achieve an amicable solution. If such a solution has not been reached, then the Parties submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Court of Pest (PKKB).
- This contract is valid from September 1, 2024.
